Yes—indoor placement is ideal. The machines fit through standard doorways and work in ballrooms, lofts, barns, offices, and convention halls with level flooring.

Sometimes. We can set up in fully covered, dry, shaded outdoor areas on firm, level ground with power access—think covered patios and reception tents. Direct sun, rain, or dust means we'll recommend an indoor spot instead.

Just a standard 110V wall outlet within about 15 feet of the setup. The full lounge draws less power than most catering equipment, and we bring clean cable management.

For most events the lounge runs beautifully on its own once we’ve set up and tested everything, and we stay reachable throughout your event window.

We serve the Wasatch Front—Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden, Park City, Lehi—and travel throughout Utah. Locations outside the standard service area may include a travel fee, which we confirm in your quote.

Popular wedding and holiday dates book early, so 2–6 months ahead is ideal. That said, reach out even for short-notice events—if your date is open, we'll make it work.

Every machine is tested on-site during setup, and we remain on call during your event window. If anything acts up, we walk your point of contact through a quick fix or dispatch our team.

Absolutely. Branded trade show mode includes custom marquee graphics and attract screens in your company colors. We can also wrap the cabinets in custom magnetic sheets with printed vinyl, so your branding covers the machines themselves and comes off cleanly afterward.
