Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains what information The Arcade Social collects when you visit this site or ask us about an event, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
The Arcade Social rents arcade lounges for weddings, corporate events, conventions, and private celebrations in Utah. You can reach us any time at thearcadesocial@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, venue or city, estimated guest count, available footprint, desired event hours, the services you’re interested in, and any notes you add. If you email, call, or message us instead, we keep that correspondence and whatever you share in it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when a page is requested—IP address, browser type, and the pages viewed—in standard server logs used for security and reliability. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, check availability, and prepare a quote
- To plan and deliver your event—scheduling, layout, setup, and pickup
- To send booking confirmations, invoices, and event-related updates
- To keep records of bookings and payments as required for our business
- To improve this website and our services
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate—for example the form or CRM tool that delivers your inquiry to us, our email provider, and our payment processor. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Photos at your event
We sometimes photograph our setups for our portfolio and social media. If you’d prefer we not photograph your event, or not include recognizable guests, just tell us—before or after the event—and we’ll honor it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we’re required to retain it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time. Utah residents have rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and residents of other states may have similar rights under their own laws. To make a request, email thearcadesocial@gmail.com and we’ll respond within the time your state’s law allows.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are marketed to adults planning events. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll revise the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here.
